As a custom home builder Jasper Homes has been fortunate over the years to be exposed to a number of truly unique custom features. All features have offered a challenge to the home building routine such as building on hillside lots, building indoor pools with unique dehumidification systems, and building lap pools with dome covers. All of these unique challenges were met with the same attention to detail and the personal touch that Jasper Homes consistently delivers.
 
 
 
Relationships
Jasper has used the same group of subcontractors and suppliers since building the first house in 1992. Their loyalty to the subcontractors is reciprocated. This rapport facilitates scheduling and ensures the quality of the workmanship. The subs know that Jasper values their time and pays promptly. Jasper also enjoys the close relationship with three local banks to which they can refer customers in need of financing.

Commitment

Jasper's commitment to the home building industry extends to the local community as evidenced by their involvement in the Clermont Home Builders Association (CHBA). Both Dick and Steve serve on the Board of Directors for the CHBA. Dick has served as the president of the CHBA on three separate occasions since joining the board in 1992. That commitment is another benefit to his customers. One customer was involved in a "Catch-22" situation between two local agencies. Jasper stepped in and resolved the problem immediately. Customers of Jasper Homes truly benefit from the Jasper personal attention to detail.

Clermont Home Show
Jasper Homes has become a recognized fixture at the Clermont Home Show and Dick routinely serves as co-chairperson of the Show. Since 1992 they have built 11 award winning homes designed exclusively for the CHBA Home Show.
