Dick Jasper founded Jasper Homes in 1992 as a one man operation after five years with one of the leading, high-volume home builders where he was regional president. Dick is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and has an MBA from Xavier University.

 

Steve Jasper, Dick’s son, joined the company in 2004 on a full time basis (part time since age 13) after graduating from Northern Kentucky University with a degree in Construction Management. Steve is taking on more and more of the field responsibilities.

 

As a small-volume custom builder, Dick and Steve devote their personal attention and dedication to each project.

Jasper Homes builds in a price range from $300,000 to $800,000. Their homes can be found throughout the Cincinnati area (including Northern Kentucky, Mt. Lookout, Anderson Township, Maineville, and Mason), although they are most prevalent in Clermont County. Jasper builds primarily on customer-owned lots, so they go wherever the customer needs them.

Jasper Homes builds six to ten custom homes per year and will normally have three to four under construction at any one time. The majority of the homes built are of a transitional design, but a range of styles are available. Customers frequently come to them with a plan, photograph, drawing, or a design in mind. Jasper works with several local architects that will finalize the design and building plans.
